Alerts related to automotive maintenance is one such form you can consider. 44 percent of mobile users prefer receiving transactional SMS in this case.
Transportation services
We often book cabs through mobile apps, and when we do, the company sends a text message containing the status and the details of the cab. In this case, 39 percent of the users are fine with such messages.
Insurance company
This is the least liked industry sector, where only 35% of the customers or mobile users give their consent for such SMSes.
